Liangchao Xu 许梁超

I am a first-year Ph.D. student at NJU's School of Intelligence Science and Technology, advised by Prof. Yao Yao. I received my B.Eng. in Software Engineering from Nanjing University in June 2026.

Currently, I am a research intern at DreamTech in Shenzhen, after spending Fall 2025 as a visiting student at UIUC.

My research focuses on 3D vision and content generation.

By introducing GauUpdate, we enable fast and consistent insertion of new objects into existing 3D Gaussian fields by relighting them with inverse rendering for appearance alignment across varying lighting conditions.
